I wanted to ask, does anyone here have a tutorial for drawing dogs?

Nope! I wanna get into a Kennel business and want to draw dogs. Mind if I post one in another reply for tips? And anything really would be great!
well I could help coach you if thats what you want 
so first you have to draw your foundation dogs, the dogs that will start your kennel bloodline, I would make 1-3 of these dogs

I know in the group rules on rule number 5 says that ALL German Shepherd types are accepted here, does this mean coats or something else? If it means that coats, are Panda German Shepherds and pure/solid white German Shepherds accepted as well.
no, all lines of shepherd, faulted shepherd coats can not be submitted here sorry
Okay! Thank you for this information. I was only wondering so if I breed my German Shepherds and end up getting a Panda coated one, I know what to do with it. Hopefully I do not get any Panda's in any future litters though.
